The course consists of: one classroom session, one confined water session, one day of rescue scenario sessions and an on-beach final that will test all your skills in a simulated emergency situation, earning you a PADI Rescue Diver certification. We also include your EFR training conducted usually one evening prior to the Rescue weekend; check with us on EFR evening program dates.

Includes RESCUE eLearning, crew-pak with oral-nasal mask, confined water & ocean training and certification card and all EFR materials (eLearning, bandages, face shield, gloves in key chain and certification).

Thursday - EFR eLearning must be completed in advance of class!
6:30 pm - 10 pm - academic review, skills and scenarios training
Saturday - RESCUE eLearning must be completed before this day!
8:30 am - 9:30 am, academic classroom review
10:00 am - 2:45 pm, rescue confined water skills review and training
Sunday - Ocean skills and scenarios training
Catalina Feb 2 - 6 am - 5:10 pm, price includes ferry and 1 tank rental.

All other weekends - meet at local beach - 8 am to 1 pm approximately.
Pre-requisite: PADI (or equivalent) Advanced Open Water or Adventure diver with proof of navigation training dive and minimum of 12 years old.
Note: our ocean training usually takes place right in Malibu from one of our protected beaches. Occasionally, we need to move it to a different location if the surf is too large. Check with your instructor.
Also rental SCUBA gear (50% off) during training. Personal snorkel gear package is not included.
